Return Period You can request a product exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and retains its complete packaging. A shipping fee of 60 riyals will be applied to cover the cost of returning the product to us. We confirm that products with opened or used packages are not subject to the return policy, in order to maintain the hygiene and quality standards we adopt. 2. Damaged Products We ensure that all our products go through precise quality control stages before shipping to you. However, if you receive a product that has been damaged or has an unexpected defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will work to compensate you with a similar product without a refund of the paid amount. 3. Cancellation Order cancellation and refund are only available if the order is in pending review status. Once it moves to the processing or delivery stage, cancellation or refund is not possible. If payment was made via Tabi or Tamara, the order cannot be canceled after the payment is completed. Therefore, we kindly ask our valued customers to carefully confirm before completing the purchase. 4. Improper Use Products damaged due to misuse or storage in unsuitable or non-compliant conditions with the provided instructions are not eligible for exchange. Shipping Information Please ensure all shipping details (name, mobile number, email, and address) are entered accurately when completing the order. Once the order is placed, products will be shipped based on the entered data, and we will not be able to modify it due to the direct connection with the shipping company. If a change to the shipping address is required after completing the order, it may cause a delay in delivery. Therefore, please verify the accuracy of the address to ensure timely delivery.
